My name is Jill and I'm the face behind Laurel & Oak.
Laurel & Oak Cake Design started out like many other home baking businesses, baking celebration cakes for family and friends.
The baking bug really kicked in when I had the opportunity to run a quaint dessert shop with my father-in-law "down-the-shore" in Barnegat, NJ. Key lime cheesecake, triple chocolate cake, and caramel pecan tart were some of the fan favorites. It was here that I learned the importance of using THE BEST quality ingredients to create THE BEST tasting desserts.
As a recent transplant to Florida, I am hoping to create new relationships within my local community. From the smallest birthday gathering to a large wedding, I will provide you with a no-fuss, stress-free experience from sketch to plate of a cake that you and your guests will remember.
